How It Works

Step 1: Enter Online

• Share your original recipe with US Cranberries as the hero ingredient (sweet or savoury - it's your call!)
• Upload 3 mouth-watering photos (in jpeg format, max 10MB each)
• Optional: A short (up to 3 min) video introducing yourself and your dish
• Entries open on 20th Aug 2025 | Close on 31st Aug 2025

Step 2: Get Shortlisted

• Our star jury will handpick the Top 10 cooks to compete live across 3 cities
• Shortlist announced on 5th Sept 2025

Step 3: Bake Off LIVE

• Make your way to your allocated city
• Cook your dish from scratch within 2 hours at world-class IIHM campuses:
  • Bangalore: 12th Sept 2025
  • Delhi: 15th Sept 2025
  • Pune: 17th Sept 2025
• Start with a celebrity chef demo, then the timed challenge begins
• Present 3 plated portions for judging & photography

Tips for a Winning Entry

• Be original - no copy-paste recipes or photographs!
• Make US Cranberries the hero, not the sidekick
• Use fresh, vibrant photos (good lighting is your friend)
• Tell us the story behind your dish - why it's special

Terms (Short & Sweet)

• Open to Indian residents aged 18+
• One entry per person
• Recipe and ingredients should be precise and clear and mentioned in English
• Recipes must make use of dried cranberries or cranberry juice (not fresh or frozen cranberries)
• In the live bake off you will prepare the same dish you submitted in the online round
• Special regional ingredients can be brought by you with prior jury approval
• All standard ingredients and utensils used in your recipe will be provided for the bake off
• Travel to and from the venue to be at your own cost
• By entering, you agree that Chef Pin & US Cranberries can share your recipe/photos/videos with due credit
• Jury decisions concerning all matters related to this contest will be final
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances, organizers reserve the right to amend or withdraw the competition at any time, this includes the right to amend these terms and conditions

Photo and Video tips

• The photographs and video must be original, not digitally altered and no watermark of any kind should be on the photographs
• AI inspired photographs and video will not be allowed
• It should be a fresh Video indicating the cooking of the recipe submitted
• The video should include the face of the participant while cooking the dish
• The photos and video MUST NOT contain any brand name of the cranberries used
• The submissions must be in either English or Hindi only
